Costa Rica
Costa Rica is an amazing Central American country which I was lucky to visit this summer. Though the living standards are not very high there, the forests, volcanos, and exotic animals are breathtaking. There are many spots where nature is untouched by humans... Here you will find some postcards and photographs I have taken during my week long visit.
This is the resort we stayed at; it is beautiful, and has a lot of restaurants, a casino, a swimming pool, and a beach very very nearby...

A Bronzed Hermit Hummingbird; there are very many of them in Costa Rica, and the first time I saw one I couldn't believe that it was a bird, they are so tiny!
This lizard was our neighbor during our stay; it lived on a tree right across from the balcony.
This is yet another amazing Costa Rican sunset; I got a bit creative with the camera angle there:)
As you can see, I am very found of Costa Rican sunsets! I wasn't sure that this picture was going to come out at all, but it certainly looks better than I expected!
